AS you begin for SEO:
1) SEO Takes Huge Time: - SEO is a long-term process. So it takes more time to deliver expected results. 2) SEO changes periodically, and your ranking also: The field is full of competitors, and rankings rise and fall with the changing algorithms of search engines and the entrance of new competitors. 3) SEO is important today: - By doing SEO you can get more conversion customer for your business. My point of view I can say hire SEO service provider agency. But if you are working on an area-based website, it takes less time as compared to a global targeted website.

This will depend on the site pages of the website in which connected to the target keywords and also the competition whether if it is low or high in the field.

According to searchenginewatch.com:

Honestly, the short answer is that it really all depends. Every company has its own distinct needs, with different customers, competitors, and individual sets of goals. If you’re trying to rank highly for hundreds of different keywords against heavy competition, you’ll need to spend far more time than someone who just wants a better chance at ranking locally.
In my experience, it takes a little more than 5 hours to come up with 4 SEO-optimized web pages, taking into consideration the length of the site description, content, keywords to be used, etc.
