Write your own unique descriptions for each product on your site.

Seriously, that's all there is to it. There's no magic, just the hard work of actually writing your own unique product descriptions.

If you try to take the easy way out by cutting-and-pasting from vendor product descriptions or using the product descriptions included in vendor product feeds, your product descriptions will almost certainly be duplicates of other sites that are selling the same products you do and which have also taken the easy way out.

Even if you write your own product descriptions, when you cut-and-paste product descriptions from one page to the next, you'll simply be duplicating yourself. (Referred to in some circles as "shooting yourself in the foot.") If you have products that are so similar you can use the identical description for each (perhaps only changing one thing, such as color or size), consider combining them into a single "master" product with multiple variations.

Think of it this way: there's fast, there's cheap, and there's good. The problem is -- you only get to choose two.

Fast + Cheap = use product feeds or cut-and-paste. It won't take long, it doesn't take much work, and it will subject you to duplicate content filtering with the search engines.

Good + Cheap = write your own unique product descriptions. It won't cost you anything out of pocket and your descriptions will be unique. The downside is that it will take some time and effort, especially if writing doesn't come easily to you.

Fast + Good = hire a talented writer (or two, or several) to write unique product descriptions for you. It won't take much of your time, but it will cost you something out of pocket (especially since you can't hire really excellent writers for peanuts).

Your time, your money, your choice.

Try to create unique content for website. If you have the same content for two or more pages then you can use canonical tag. It will help to avoid duplicate content issue.

Try to analyze your website's competitors regarding on how they market their products and items in the web. Usually they use generic terms like good, best, cheap, and affordable then be creative in improving these basic terms into more interesting asset in your website.

Follow the @Torka advices.

And some words from us!
There is no a chance of writing content for an ecommerce website if you're running with lakhs and lakhs of products.

Google knows and accepts duplicated content especially on the forum websites and ecommerce sites. Most of the forums even high moderated forums has duplicated content.

For example, think you are running a Ecommerce websites for smartphones, laptops and other computer accessories. What ever you are writing in the product description. But you cannot change the products features.

Like below:
Most of the website selling the product has the same content.
Content is important, Unique content is very important.

Google will also like when a duplicated content is shared and loved by many people.

I think in the e-commerce website it is hard to avoid the duplicate content because if the product is same then for each product you can't able to right separate content in case we can change some words in the content if the product color is different, size etc.

It is difficult if you have lots of products but it's worth the effort in the long run if you want your site high in the SERPs. One product at a time - it might take a year but at least you'll get it done

If the features are same then it is no problem. But make sure that you don't copy your competitors content on your site. And if the content is yours and it is duplicate then Search for the variations of it or it can be ok for you.

A canonical link element is an HTML element that helps webmasters prevent duplicate content issues by specifying the "canonical" or "preferred" version of a web page as part of search engine optimization

check this https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Canonical_link_element

It is difficult to manage unique content on ecommerce website. So use your targeted keywords and make your own description as per product size, shape and color.

For example : If you have flower business, then write description according to flower name like 'Send 6 tulip flowers to your friends, relates, colleagues and any dear ones within one day'
