I need easy set up of email marketing services.I know there are many who can provide me that, but I need later assistance when I encounter any technical problems.

I would suggest you get a service like VerticalResponse or icontact, before you do though find out what their reputation is regarding customer service. Most of these companies have a pretty decent policy with regard to customer service, but check out the reviews from actual customers to see what kind of experience they had.

Not sure what 'technical' problems you expect to have? The systems run pretty much without effort. You create a list (name it) and then the system will generate the HTML code to install on your site.

From there on... it's pretty much count the numbers that subscribe.

Auto responder messages and broadcasts are easy. There really isn't any technical issues.

I have had great success with 1AutomationWiz. My messages get a pretty good delivery rate (as opposed to spam boxes).

You might want to try a service like Constant Contact

I think they are giving free trials out right now.

They are one the best email management / marketing services out there right now

I second on Constant Contact - it's what I use currently. iContact I had some issues with, although they could be resolved by now. All the companies have great trials - just sign up for the ones you like and from there choose which ever product matches your workflow.

Ive tried constant contact, lyris and mailchimp, sendloop and activecampaign.. from these list, ActiveCampaign, MailChimp and Sendloop are by far the easiest and most friendly interface I've ever used. Constant Contact interface is not friendly at all. Just my opinion.
