No spiders will not treat them the same for SEO benefits. It used to be that Google gave you a huge boost for exact match domains, but since the Mayday update many are now saying that the effects of even exact match domains has been diminished.
I would pick a domain that applies to your niche and is easy to remember, easy to spell, easy to type, and as short as possible. Best case, the domain name is going to help you rank for one exact match keyword phrase. Other than that, you can get the same boost pretty much by having the keyword phrase in the folder name or file name portions of the URL.
