When I did PPC, I was using 1AutomationWiz for shopping cart, Opt-in e-mail and other features. They allowed you to create an 'ad campaign'. One way to use that was to AUTOMATICALLY direct visitors to different URL's. If my memory is correct, I think each 'link' could direct visitors to 3 different URL's. We used it to split test 2. That way, the link that 1AutomationWiz created was used in the Google PPC. Visitors were directed to either/or URL;s. The system split it evenly. Worked well. Not sure if that was what you're looking for... but it worked really well.
