Default Search Optimization And Social Media Marketing Success

A client of ours has had great results with the website and social media optimization plan we've been coordinating. He's a home builder/remodeler in Massachusetts. It's been about 3 months, their site is on page 1 of 'home remodeling ma' page 2 of 'remodeling ma' and page 1 of 'carpentry sherborn', carpentry wayland', 'carpentry natick'... most of the surrounding area and many other pointed queries related to services. Like 'painting services sherborn' etc...

A couple months ago there was bad flooding here and it was fairly well predicted. We put the site on page 1 of 'flood damage repair ma' the morning the flood water crested and it stayed for a few. That was awesome to accomplish.

The true victory was when he called me a few weeks back and told me he just got a call from someone who wanted an estimate to paint a home. The call was out of the blue so he asked them where they got his number. They said "found it on google". Plus he's gotten a few more calls since .

They got a 150,000 +/- lead from being found on google... They're drawing up the plans for a big home addition in Boston Metrowest. I love percentages

Just goes to show you the merits of having a good SEO practice in place! It's great hearing success stories like these - what most people need to realize though, is that it's not an instant thing. Strengthening SEO efforts takes time and energy either through optimized keywords in blogs and social media platforms, distributing direct links throughout those platforms, PRs, etc. Just keep at it and you'll see results like these in no time!

That sounds awesome. I used to do SEO for some local businesses a few years ago. The interesting thing is that we used this in conjunction with Google Ads and Google local listings.

I targeted the keyword 'Melbourne mechanic' and his business came in the first page on google in organics, and visible in the PPC area and also in the local listings. So it was impossible for someone searching for a mechanic to not see his business This resulted in an extra 8 customers each week.
