I started off by using cubecart V3 which with some good mods makes life really easy and I like the layout and usability, however multiple sites and licences can make it expensive.

I then started using Zen Cart and find it is a good cart that doesn't take too much learning. so I would go for Zen Cart as well.

Al of them is good but oscommerce is at top according to most of the comments that i have read at other forums.

Our webmaster prefer to use zencart now days.

Hi,
I use zencart, but have heard very good things about Magento (provided you have a VPS or Dedicated server)
