Hi guys I need help here..I've been using twitter and my followers already increased(150+) But my problem is I don't get retwits...how do I do that?

You have to post something that is retweet worthy. Create compelling content for your audience and when they retweet give them a shout out and thank them for the retweet. There is no secret magic formula to getting retweets, you just need to have valuable tweets.

I do agree, a rich and meaningful twit will create retwits for you, also make a lot of good friends over twitter and retwit their twits... somehow they will do the same to you.

This is the natural way of getting retweets. However, I was keenly obsevering the trend and found that not all of them are good enough. In fact, some prone to tweet a story without even visiting the site, just for shake of showing that they are active in it.

As with other things, quantity and quality mates. Value is truly significant, but the online world is partly a game of numbers.

Also you can get retweets by developing relationships and having conversations with people. Once someone feels like they know you a bit better or if you have recommended them as a follow friday person, they will be more likely to retweet your tweets.

Just make sure that your Tweets are very interesting and are valuable to your followers. They will automatically RT your posts in no time.

A good news is that Twitter is now testing the 'reTweet' feature you used to use 3rd part tool for this purpose.
