SBA Loans For Women??

Hi everyone! Me and a partner are from NC and we are starting a business and need about $900,000 in an SBA loan (because it involves buying a property) and I'm hoping that since we are both women, it might be easier since the SBA has special loans for women in small business. I've been to the SBA website but I'm wondering if anyone here has any experience in getting an SBA loan (particularly the ones for women).

We are working on a very thorough business plan now. We both are college educated and have experience in the field so we are hoping that will help us get a loan.

Again, any advice on how the SBA thing works and any tips would be so helpful. We are from NC so if you of any banks that do SBA please let me know.
