Default Recommendations For Easy To Use Emailing List Software

I am looking for a software to mail out my newsletters and press releases.
I am a really small business and do not want to spend a lot of money, so don't want an outside service.
Can anyone recommend a cheap, user-friendly (non-computer nerd) software?

Default A few options to try

MailChimp and Campaign Monitor are email management services I have used that fit that bill. I believe Campaign Monitor charges around $0.01 per email address and MailChimp has a pricing scale based on the number of emails in your list if you are mailing to less then 100 you can use the free edition. Both are easy to use they walk you through the process step by step and I believe both offer premade email templates you can use.

Enjoy!

Josh

gbebee - You will be thrilled with how easy it is! Check out ConstantContact or aWeber. I think they'll let you try a free trial before paying anything. $15 a month on ConstantContact gets you the basic account after the free one.

Oh, and also - press releases are a different animal. You'll want to submit those to PR sites that will distribute them. Some of these are free, others charge a fee.

I would suggest using MailChimp or Aweber.

I use Aweber, IContact and Constant Contact regularly. The first 2 are autoresponders as well which is worth considering if you have sign-up forms on your website - both have free trials. I like Aweber and Icontact equally well - I would say IContact is the easiest to use.

Happy to help with specific questions if you have any.

I usually recommend aweber or constant contact for most of my clients. Their prices are reasonable and you can do pretty much anything that you need to do for email marketing.

You can use Microsoft outlook, is working great. A free online tool id googles feedburner. It works great, I am satisfied with it, I think for your small business will work great
