How These People Are Giving Guarantees.?

Hi,
I have few questions?
First one How can anyone give guaranteed SEO placements?
How do people on GAF(get a freelancers) work on backlinking project where they promise to get backlinks from PR4, 5, 6 sites actual pagerank pages not domain pagerank?

How these people on several online freelancing sites claim such things and where do they find such high PR backlinks for their clients?

It's not that hard to get those kind of links as long as you're willing to pay for them. I do have a problem with people who guarantee listings for. There is no way you can guarantee a first placement, and what happens if someone else comes along who is targeting the same keyword. Do they also guarantee him the first placement.

I personally would try to avoid anyone who offers placement guarantees.

I am on page one of Google for a large number of keywords and I can not even guarantee I will be there from one day to the next. I do know over time I have maintained my position based on quality backlinks, but you never know when Google will change that.

I find these guarantees that get talked about are from companies that concentrate on PPC only. I agree that guarantees on natural / organic ranking shouldn't be given as money cant buy some factors that google look at for ranking.

Ya, that's a great question!

I mean - it's definitely easy to get rankings for some sites - especially those with long tail keywords - but to GUARANTEE #1 can't be accurate, especially with the Google dances all the time!

As far as high PR backlinks, I personally buy from two people who research where to get high PR backlinks monthly...I pay a monthly fee and get a list of 30 sites every month from one, and 50 from the other, and then I have my team go through and work on them.

The lists don't include anything lower than a "PR4" ranking, so it works out wonderfully.

Well, that is the ones who make any pretense of not being a scam. They guarantee #1 but not for a specific keyword. You come up with your list of keywords, they advise you on finding some "long-tail" terms (which you should) and assuming they do a good job on the long-tails have a really good shot of getting at least one of them to come up #1. If they are shady they'll use an exact match on a long tail which is pretty ridiculous. I mean, if this post gets indexed I'll come up #1 for any sentence in it probably! (If you do an exact match search.)

You'll be able to find people around the forums here who are likely to be able to help you out on a consulting basis for SEO if you need it. Or at least recommend someone...

When I get spam and reply to them asking if they can get me #1 for "video games" they never respond...

I would stay away from them. As far as I know there is no easy method to rank high in the SERPs. If anyone figures out how please let me know.

Well you are right ,

And you ask there is no easy way to get rank high then its not true , there is lot of ways to get high ranking on SE's but there is no guarantee that on which position SE's place your site ... you can get first page ranking (even on very high competitor keywords)* but you can't get first or your exact desire position ...its very very impossible i think

All given task not that much easy but i would say also not difficult. Depends on business, area of business, competition and volume of business, size of business its also not impossible task but giving task to unknown people little bi may risky but no to worry because many people working like so it become very fearless. and finding high PR backlinks very difficult.
