Default First-aid/CPR Business

Hi everyone!

I'm running my own business in Sweden, teaching first-aid and CPR. Mostly for companies, but also schools and kindergartens. And I train new instructors. I sell AED's and some other first-aid supplies.

Now i wish to expand my business...suggestions?

Try advertising your business online and social networking is also useful.

How exactly are you looking to expand? Product or service wise?

Either one...but preferably service wise.

There are so many ways to make money in this business...
  • AED pads need to be replaced every year or two
  • AED checks/servicing
  • First Aid Kit sales and refills
  • CPR and First Aid training should be done annually, and in certain industries, semi annually

If you have a good relationship with your clients, ask for referrals.

In some industries being First Aid or CPR trained is mandatory. Find out what industries are and start targeting those companies.

Good luck!

For increased products you might want to look into durable medical equipment. Or other necessary items like colotsomy bags and wafers etc.

Not sure on the service side because you are in Sweden but here in the USA home health care is good business. Maybe start out providing help to the elderly in their daily needs or whenever the help is needed.

Many of the larger businesses require this service and need the training you provide. Have you tried inspection and evaluation services to go with your line of business?
