Default Looking For Businees Email Program!

Hello!
I am looking for an e-mail program that I could send the same message to 50 different business at the same time, none of then to view the e-mail address of the other 49 clients. Also to received confirmation of which business opened the message and which one not.
Any recomendation is appreciated!
Thanks,

Hello, welcome aboard

50 isn't that many, but with the tracking you are looking for it is probably best to use a third party service. A few I've used include

www.verticalresponse.com
www.listcast.com
www.constantcontact.com

They all provide some sort of free trial so you can test them before deciding

Default I'd also suggest...

The sites already mentioned are great. I would also suggest http://www.aweber.com. It is used by many of the top internet marketers and could do what you need it to.

Default My 2 cents

Tracking the open rate is nifty and I do it, but for 50 peeps, I wouldn't worry about the open rate, and use google analytics and the google url builder to track click thru's, which matter more than the open rate. You could even easily, for such a small group, modify the url tracking code to track each individual email to see exactly which potential customers clicked through.

As for programs, for 50 peeps, if it's a one time shot, I would probably use outlook, create a template of the email, and send them 1 at a time. I have seen lazy people put the entire list in the BCC field and then list themselves in the to field.

If your gonna stay small for awhile, check out group mail 5.

If email is a big part of your marketing programs, then it's worth it to upgrade to a service provider like the post above mentions. I use constant contact and they aren't bad. I have used several others, none in the previous list thopugh, and they were all comparable.

Good Luck

I would also suggest AWeber which I use and recommend. Their customer service is especially good.

Get a grip... with 50 you may as well use Outlook or Thunderbird.

I recommend IContact, its really cheap and you can make it look professional, and they can't see other emails addresses as well.

If you decide to send the emails out yourself – and with only 50, that's quite do-able – just address them as BCCs and no one will be able to see who they were sent to.

I recommend Constant Contact - you may be starting out with only 50, but you can build your list over time within Constant Contact (although when the number starts getting up there, they do charge more)
