I received an odd 404 error reported in Google webmaster tools. It lists a valid url with &usg= and a random number added on. Example: http://www.ourmainsiteurl/&usg=ALkJr...W7udZCFPhcf8FA

Does anyone know what this is?

Hi Kim,
These pages come about once in a while. Generally they're not something to be concerned about... or even anything that you can control. Google Groups has the best discussion that I've found here.

I read through the discussion but didn't find anything definitive. I think the most likely answer was:
