Default Looking For Ecommerce System

There HAS to be a good system out there .... that doesn't cost $80 bucks a month.. but where?

An affiliate program. A shopping cart. An auto responder.

I thought i had it. I found an affiliate AND shopping cart program that I was going to buy. They integrate with 6 different auto responders. Cost of all this: $600 including installation. Then it would have been mine.

However, the shopping cart doesn't allow for subscriptions to paypal. And although it's integrated with 2CO, it's not done right and so I have to also put all the products on 2Co and then link to each one through their shopping cart system. Big pain in the butt to do.

I'm hoping that others hear have found and use a great program that can be bought and be added to my hosting account.

Looking forward to learning from you.

I have installed osCommerce on 6 sites and it works great. The webhost we use allows us to access their shared secure server for free. osCommerce software is free as well, so the only cost is hiring someone to install and customize the store if you cannot do it yourself. Most of my clients use a merchant account and authorize.net as their payment gateway to process credit cards, but one client only accepts payment via PayPal. The cart integrates just fine. osCommerce has a fairly easy admin area so adding products is not difficult. All of the stores are running on webhosting for $9.99 per month.

I would recommend OSCommerce if you are looking for a budget shopping cart with solid plig-ins and add-ons that you can use to maximize the capability of your website.

Besides that you can also use ZenCart.

ASPDotNetStorefront has a ton of great features. It's a little pricey at $1295 up front but you own the software, it's really flexible with neat ways to manipulate the store with XML, and you can find a host for cheap.

Alternatively you can use some turnkey solutions at about $50/month with InstantEStore and PinnacleCart if you don't want to deal with your own hosting.

There are several that have bundled packages such as you are looking for but you have to investigate to find one that fits your business. And there are quite a few that don't stick you with that monthly fee.
