I installed the new google web browser introduced today.

A couple things they tout - the tabs are positioned above the address bar instead of below. Small detail, but I like it. They also discuss how the browser is different with not crashing the entire window but just individual tabs if that happens.

Normally I don't notice speed much, but in comparison to FireFox I do notice a lag.

Anyone else take it for a spin or have any thoughts?

I'm curious to give it a try, but I'm also curious to hear people's thoughts on the privacy issues that keep coming up.

That's one thing nobody need - one more browser. Especially from Google.
