I posted in another forum asking about group life insurance and nobody has answered so maybe some of you have setup a group employee policy.

If so:
Do we all have to submit medical exams?
How much coverage did you get?
Is it very expensive?
HOw long does the policy last?

Oh, and do you think your employees appreciated the gesture?

Medical exams will probably be required. Don't expect to get Life Insurance for smokers. Your agent should assess how much coverage you should get per principal. Yes, it can get expensive. It is based on age, health and the like. Term policies are the cheapest. The terms vary.
