Default SERP Placement With Additional Links

Hi,

The Search Engine Result Pages usually shows a website with the following components:

Title
Description
URL
Cached - Similar Pages

But, for some websites, it shows other links pointing to some of its pages.

Example, please type DMOZ in google search. You will see:

ODP - Open Directory Project
Help build the most comprehensive human-reviewed directory of the we
[URL to Dmoz]/ - 9k - Cached - Similar pages

suggest URL World
Business Regional
about dmoz Health
Shopping Sports

How can I make Google displays additional links of my site on the Search Engine Result Pages?

Thank you,

Jose

You can't make Google display them. They're called "SiteLinks" and they're generated algorithmically (and Google isn't talking about what the algorithm is).

Here's a link to the Google Webmaster Help Center topic with more information.

Hi Jose, those links are commonly referred to as SiteLinks. Google has had them in place for awhile and yahoo just displaying a similar function this past week.

Here is more information Google provides regarding their SiteLinks

My experience is this is not something you can influence easily. If you do a search for "Google SiteLinks" you can see further information others have published about this as well.
