Hello,
I am currently in search of a logo for our new business...

We just purchased a bunch of business cards that come with a pre-designed logo I'd like to use permanently... is that legal?

Here are the business cards with the logo:

Now that I paid for their business cards, is it legal to copy that logo and use all over our website?

Anyone know? Thanks!

I believe this within their Terms of Use addresses your rights -

Quote:

You do not obtain any right or claim to any of the individual logo design elements through your creation of a logo design and/or your incorporation of a logo design into one or more products.

If purchasing from the company, I would communicate about this directly with them so you are clear what your rights are or not.
