Default Newspaper Marketing

I have used classified ads of local and national news papers for promoting my site. And I have got good advantages of it.

Have you ever tried this?

My fear with classified advertising is that my customers will think I can't afford to run a real ad. I think the appearance of success is important. I'd appreciate input on this.

I run a 4X4 or 4X6 ad every week, but I am in a small town where the cost is only $66.00/wk when you sign up for 24 weeks. My contract is about up, and I see good results, but I wonder if the results are really good enough to continue. It's hard to get an ROI from this type of advertising unless you use coupons, and coupons aren't as effective for me as a good ad with a large picture of a cute puppy.

Well in my opinion 50/50. Apart from online media, off line media is still rules the world. In fact, intelligent marketers would choose both. Why lose an opportunity when you can reach you audience from every aspect (if your marketing/goals allow you).

Thank you

Default Advertising A Roof Cleaning Service

We find the Yellow Pages to work well here in Tampa Florida for advertising roof cleaning in Tampa.
Many of our customers are senior citizens, and still use the Yellow Pages to find a roof cleaner in Tampa.

If you're going to spend money on newspaper and magazine advertising, I recommend reading the book: Killer Techniques to Succeed with Newspaper, Magazine and Yellow Pages Advertising

It is a small book of only 120 pages, but packed with a lot of practical strategies and ideas. You will learn to avoid common mistakes, and discover how to buy advertising space at discount.

I think newspaper marketing is old technique. IMO local advertising and classified are better than newspaper marketing.
