Hello,

Does anyone know of any good rank report services they use for seo clients? I would like to be able to plug in my clients domains and monitor them, and export a report to tell them how they are doing.

Just create 4 columns for Keyword, Google Ranking, Yahoo ranking and MSN Ranking.

I believe you mean to say that you need detailed analysis of your clients domain.

So this would probably include the following terms:

1. Targeted Keyword.
2. Google Competition for that Keyword (i.e. How many websites shown up on Google.com when searched for that Query)
3. Analyze K.E.I (Keyword Effectiveness Index)
4. Use Google's Keyword Suggestion Tool to find out the Competitor Analysis for that Keyword. You'll get a rough idea of how much that Keyword in Searched for.
5. Use WordTracker Keyword Suggestion Tool (Free Trail) to get the better view of the keyword.

I use WebCEO. The rank monitoring and reporting functions of this software are worth every penny of the software cost. I've even showed prospective clients sample reports and those played a role in me getting their business...

For paying seo clients, I agree with Brody - WebCEO is a good route to go. The presentation is well worth the cost when you consider that alone can help pick up new clients and provide a very professional image with existing ones.

For the seo client ranking reports, try to focus their attention away from specific rankings and more towards the referrals that are delivering visitors and more important conversions/roi. Google analytics, etc.
