Default Where Can One Get Affordable PPC Advertising?

I remember the days when I could do some decent advertising for 5c per click, even on Google Adwords. If I try a simple campaign there now my keywords are soon deactivated requesting minimum ppc of 20c, 40c, 80c and more.

So where can one still do some decent business advertising for 5c per click?

23 views and no replies. It looks as if the days of affordable ppc advertising are long gone... melted away?

As long as you're making a return on your clicks then PPC is affordable. It's getting to that point where you are making a return that can be costly if you don't know what you're doing ... Marketing is not an expense. It's an investment.

Default A good point Karri

But PPC in Google is bloody expensive and the help stuff doesn't, really... I've found several people prepared to take lots of money off me to show me how to do it cheaply, but by the time I've factored in the cost of their training it's not going to be cheap any more!

Do you happen to know of a (free?) on-line idiot's guide to PPC that explains all the terms and (critically!!!!) the way all the individual settings interact (eg: what over-rides what?!!?)

I've got a presentation tips Ebook which is an obvious candidate for this, I think, which is why I'm asking - but I expect my question is relevant to the OP too. Apologies if it isn't!

Well, i would say try eblogs etc. Those websites are made by amateurs, they get great viewage and they don't charge as much because it was not their intention to make money off blogging.Of course theres the huge make money off eblogging business ATM.

Buyer beware, imo. Purchasing links to manipulate pagerank is against google's guidelines, and text-link-ads is far from immune from that. Don't shoot yourself in the foot.
