Default Hi - Ad Question

Hi,
I joined because I am an employee at a small ad agency and I was hoping to get some input from other small business people about what makes them stop and look at an ad. So if anyone has an opinion about that please let me know.

Thanks!!!!!

What type of ad, tv, print, online...? What works for TV is much different then print or online.

Here's a tip from marketing 101, focus on benefits, not features.

An ad needs to have the perfect balance of hype and detail. I need to see something that has substance yet possibility. I can see right through false hype and can see through something that is lacking.
