In the simplest terms & definitions, we are an industrial property management company that operates a warehouse for the purpose of multi-occupancy sub-leasing to meet the ever space demand of local businesses and individuals. Unlike conventional property management, our business model allows for a greater profit margin mostly due to a fixed monthly fee for us to use and control the owner’s property. Regardless of how much income is generated from our tenants, our cost to use the warehouse never fluctuates, and all occupancy income is claimed by our company and not the actual owner of such real property. We will never own real property, rather provision functional space & operate a warehouse in a similar manner of a common landlord that engages in everyday tenant duties, such as accepting rent, responding to and addressing maintenance issues, maximizing occupancy and mitigating liability while complying with all applicable municipal, county, and state laws and practices.
Our service is similar to traditional property management and facility support services but with a focus on targeted customer base and on a much smaller, more manageable scale. We provide convenient, flexible and functional work spaces for anyone looking to expand their business, store inventory, conduct business activities or the individual looking for project space for a hobby or general storage. Our industrial warehouse offerings include, security, electricity, unlimited Internet access and 24/7 accessibility. We will attempt to customize a solution within our building to accommodate a specific need and provide a conducive atmosphere for productivity in an unrivaled communal warehouse setting.
