In December 2005 over at Small Business Trends we conducted our second survey about selling to the small business market, both online and offline. (Our first survey was a hit, with over 1,000 downloads of the 14-page survey results.)
In this second survey we drilled down into greater detail about the marketing tactics that survey respondents reported were most effective when selling to small businesses.
