Depends on if they are real and actually interactive. Also, do you have any niche or specific market or are they just random followers. If they are targeted, you should already have something in mind. If they are random then it will be hard to do much with them.

You can affiliate with other business based on your followers. Amazon for example lets you affiliate and create short links for products you would want to recommend to your audience.

The best idea to make some quick money is to get some popular hop links from leading affiliate site and promote them through your twitter profile.

Here are a couple of other ways you might possibly be able to make a little extra money from your Twitter account.

-Check out a service called MyLikes

-Check out a service called SponsoredTweets

In this regard look to every paid Tweeting site and see what ones work best for you. I have used both of the above and made money both while they were pretty simple to use.

Also look at a site like Fiverr. Put up a gig based on advertising others products through your Twitter. First look at what other Twitter ghigs are doing before creating yours. Try to follow there lead but make your a little better or unique in some way.

You can also sell the account on one of the many internet marketing forums with a marketplace.

I would also work on increasing your fan base as 35,000 is really not all that huge unless they are super niche oriented, engaged and highly convertible. Best of luck and you should be able to pick up some extra coin somewhere.

Backlinks from related sites and content would be useful.

whoa 35k followers and you are asking this type of question?
i guess you have about 1k of the real ones and rest are auto followers.

Anyway you can post niche specific updates with links to appropriate landing pages.

There are a mountain of ways to generate revenue for that.

Tons of people sell tweets to large audiences on Fiverr. $5 bucks to to post a tweet, sounds like a deal. If you look on Fiverr for others providing the same service, you will see that their ques are full of orders.
