I agree. Relying on professionals is alway a good idea. Of course there is that "small" budget thing, but as long as you measure the return on the investment in a professional marketing firm/freelance it might be worth finding the budget for it.

The only problem is that some people who call themselves professionals are hacks. It is important to make sure that the person can deliver the results you seek. Continue measuring results to see if they are delivering or just pulling wool over your eyes.

I think we should consider the following things to beat our competitors:

First of all try to understand what are the actual needs of the customers are.
Try to make the product more useful and qualitative than your competitors.
If you have small budget then try at small level.
Distributing free samples also helps.
And keep patience.

It is important to talk to people. Find out what they need.

The key to business is finding a problem and offering a solution. If you can't do that, your business won't go so well.

I would suggest you check out the top ten best competitors in your niche, have a look at what they are offering and make a note of what stands out from each of them that would actually pull you to do business with them and then use that to your advantage. By that I mean see if you could compile the list of what stands out for those companies and then create a unique offer or idea.

Hope that makes sense to you and good luck

Its the branding techniques and quality service that what makes those companies drive, so I think you should come up with a brand that sounds like it could be the next big thing " you get it?

Gimmicks don't work. You need a solid product that offers a solution to people's problems.
