Yes, I do agree with you. More often, the person tends to skip the note, it its too lengthy or full of grammatical mistakes. I think, it is better to write the content in the form of points, which may be self-explanatory.
This would improve the readability of the article

o.k., i find that small words tend to add to sentenance length etc., you might try adjusting the length of several in a role. One short, then couple lines long etc..

I could'nt agree more.A sentence must be short,concise,simple but grammatically correct for better understanding.The shorter the sentence the lesser the margin of error.Sentences also are easier to understand when it does'nt contain too much information.Overloading the content will point out to nothing but confusion.
