Dotmailer does anything you need, especially if you're looking for a more professional approach.

Default Check out Infusionsoft

Every company has their own benefits but I would take a few things into consideration when selecting a software:

1. Deliverability percentage because this will help your emails get sent instead of bounced.

2. Ease of automation so your life becomes easier and not more complicated.

3. Support so you can get your questions answered quickly.

Rather than this being a reflection on the email software used, the percentage depends more on the quality of your subscriber list, the subject line used, whether your sending domain name is verified (with domain keys), and whether content is spammy.

Hope that helps.

Please check GITST Email Sender

It is free email sender which sends from multiple email accounts to multiple receipts.
You can find it in GITST site or in sourceforge

There's Mailchimp, it's good for a start, but once your list goes over 3000 I suggest you switch to Sendy thereafter.

I would prefer sending emails personally rather than opting for a email software. It helps you escape the SPAM folder when the email is personalized.

I think the iContact Email software is really good. It offers a wide range of templates ready to use. I think it costs around $10 if I'm not mistaken.
