How can this forum get more new visitors to post and become involved?
Thank you for your question. I will try my best to give you some ideas.
1. get more people who with great ideas or experiences to post and answer questions, like what I am doing. If people can find good ideas that help their business, they are very likely to become involved and perhaps tell others about this forum.
2. to get more new visitors, the priority is to get new people know your website.
e.g. Dave is a new visitor, he registers as a new member. during the registration, a notice is given to him that if he tells other people about this website, he will be rewarded with cash from the website.
Then Dave tells the website to Jane. When Jane registers, she is asked to write down who introduced her to this website. Then Jane is under Dave.
If Jane then introduce someone else to be members of this website, those new members are under both Dave and Jane.
The benefit for these people who promoting the website is that, says, there are 100 member under Dave, Dave becomes a major, he then can be rewarded £5 cash. if 2000 members under Dave, he becomes a Lieutenant Colonel, rewarded £10, then colonel, and so forth.
In this case, people should feel happy to promote this website and forum.
3. allows people sells send-hand staff on the web, but they are not charged any fees. e.g. make a specific forum call "selling and buying". members can post the pictures of their second-hand staff on a new thread. those people are interested in buying can communicate on the forum.
