Default What Is A Good Free Blogging Website That I Can Respond To Blogs And Others Will Resp

I want to start a blog where I can talk to people and have them respond to my blogs. Not myspace or facebook. I tried blogger but the only blogs I could find were about global warming and guns. I want some where that I can open an account and say what I feel and people respond to my blogs and I can respond to theres. If anyone could help me that would be great!

Hi, the platform you use will not determine interaction between you and your audience. I use blogger but interact with my readers more on Facebook and Twitter.

One suggestion I would have is that you plainly state your goal for the blog and how you want others to respond. People will do what you tell them to do even if they don't know why. Tell them to respond and ask questions that will solicit a response.

Some bloggers will ask for comments but don't reply back, or maintain a tone in their blog that is not inviting for conversation.

Hope this helps,
Chrissy

Hi,

I believe YAHOO might actually hit the spot. As they allow different people to communicate freely, as group. Was that YAHOO?

You could try Orble.com You can look at others viewpoints and post your own on your niche pages, and apply for an expired domain as well.

You can try MySpace or any other social networs which are not well-known and they are more sincere.

Use Wordpress. Set up an account, create a blog, and then invite people. However, if you want a strong presence, you should use social media to promote your blog. To do this, create identical accounts and link back to your blog. These are, by all means, the very basic steps you should follow.

Default Are you tech savvy? Y=Wordpress, N=Tumblr

Congrats on choosing to create your own blog. That's a great way to grow your audience and promote your brand.

I prefer Wordpress, but if you're looking to get a blog up and running quickly, you may want to try Tumblr. I recently set up a Tumblr page, and was amazed by how easy and well designed it was. If you are a bit more tech savvy, and want to completely customize your blog with more bells and whistles... try out Wordpress. It's always my top choice.

Good luck!
Tia
