Default Google Analytics

I haven't had time to go through the tutorials yet, but maybe someone can tell me how to do the following:
I want to be able to see where referrals came from, by day.

This would help me see if my marketing efforts are driving traffic.

Thanks!

Default Google Analytics

In your Google Analytics Account go to the Area which is fourth from the top (has 2 Arrows Icon) which shows the Sources for your Traffic including a diagram.

Before you read the How-To's for Analytics, just go through to each section offered to you, to see which information is provided. If you then have specific needs go an read the tutorials.

Hope this helps.

-Stephan

Google Analytic provides you each and every detail about traffic and also told you from where you got these traffic.

Luxuria,

It looks like you haven't had an answer yet for your question, so here it is. Google analytics will report all your traffic up through yesterday. So, you won't be able to see what's happened today until tomorrow.

Now, with all that said, sign into your Google analytics account, On the left side of the screen, click on "traffic sources" and then click on the "referring sites" this will show you the last 30 days.

Now on the upper right side of the screen you'll see the dates that your analytics is reporting for, there will be a down arrow on the right side of the dates, click on that and it will open up the calendars so that you can choose any specific day you want to look at.

If you still have any questions feel free to contact me.

I've been using google analytics for years. You can track information about the way visitors to your site interact with it, as well as to track the performance of your keywords in order to have a successful campaign.

Google Analytics is a very important tool as far as my knowledge is concerned. It gives lot of information about traffic size, source and nature. You can also conduct various types of comparisons to see the traffic load on any keyword. I feel we can better track the progress of online work through google analytics.

Hi,

Google analytics is best for visitors to track from all referrers, search engines, email marketing, pay per clicks. Using of Google Analytics analysis, poor performing pages can be identified.

It is done by adding the hidden snippet of javascript onto every page of website, that code will be responsible for collecting data and send to google servers.
