Broudie - I am not why you say 5% is not well spent money. Are you not seeing the benefit in terms of better brand image, higher customer return, new sales, etc? May be you are not promoting your social efforts as much. How many customers and non-customers in your community know about this? I bet if they knew you would see good return on your contribution.
