Default Which Laptop/PC Is The Best ?

It really boils down to your use of it. Is it or work, for games, for fun, or anything.

IF I had the budget, I would go for any Apple laptop, but it costs much. right now I find practicality in using ACER laptops cause generally laptops are not built for more than 2 years, and there will be a lot of new ones on the way, and ACER does last t
hat long ,but doesn't cause that much. You're gonna change that one anyway soon so better settle for those that does the work (not as much as the expensive ones though).

But this is just me.

Have a look at the spec you are looking for and compare like for like with price. Most modern day PC's will do everything you require, so I would look at which offers the best after care support (check out reviews of what people have said). I know that Dell have terrible after care for regular purchasers, but the support is good if you are buying through a business deal and have the business warranty.

I use Dell laptop, a very good performing, good looking lightweight laptop for my business and personal use. A perfect laptop for me. I've been very impressed by it and would highly recommend it to others also.

I like Dell XPS 13-9343 Ultrabook. It's one of the thinnest ultrabooks. It's really good laptop for travels.
