In one of my businesses I use my real estate license to attract commercial leasing leads looking for office or retail space. I have done it consistently through blogging online.
Basically I setup a blog and write content that speaks to the problems and issues this market has with finding properties to lease in their local areas. I offer great advice, tools, tips, helpful sites, etc in order to make the process of finding a place to lease for their business smooth.
My suggestion would be for you to do something similar. Setup a blog and write content that speaks to your target markets wants and needs. Become their resource and should start getting inquires about your services. Now this is not an overnight process. It does take some time to build this out but when it starts rolling you will not be able to stop it even if you wanted to.
My other suggestion would be to use YouTube video commercials about your service. This has also worked well for me and for my business clients.
