I don't believe you can actually "submit" them as in submitting them to a search engine, but making relevant posts regarding your offering on those sites might drive some traffic.

You can't submit them all at once, I don't think. But when I publish a new article or post, I always mention it on my Facebook and Twitter accounts.

Posting your blog links in SMM sites like Twitter and Facebook increases readership. Occassionally website links you can post.

I would use Twitter & Facebook more for driving traffic to blog posts and updates as opposed to just website pages.

Mentioning and social bookmarking all of your site's content (especially the new blog post and new URLs) should be a part of your strategy.

When you post a new blog post or add a new article on your site, make sure you add it to the appropriate social networks. Not just Twitter and Facebook, but there are a lot of others.

I'd use twitter and facebook to post interesting content, including links to quality, original content on your site. If it's not interesting for someone to read, you probably shouldn't post it. Do that and the traffic and SEO will take care of itself.

Twitter and Facebook are good places to build relationships. If your posts help you do that, then you should post them. If they don't, then don't post them.

You don't really submit your sites to social networking sites, you just use these means to promote your site if you have new posts, contests, promos, etc. These are good media for branding purposes.
