Excelent topic, I think that a accident can affect too much to business owners because as an employer you have a legal responsibility to prevent people being harmed in the workplace. Other point that we can add is always to think that a child will use the machines or process in order to prevent an accident considerer the minimun detail. Thanks

Business owners should make the workplace safe and secure for his/her employees because that is where productivity is achieved. Showing concern towards your employees would motivate them to do a better job and be better employee.
