If it's International, it's better to post in the afternoon on weekdays. On weekends, it should be full blast.

That was an impressive graphic to explain the different times on social media! I currently find that 3-6pm during the weekday and 5-7pm are peak times on most of our social media post. Our audience is however over the age of 50.

Default Reach Out During Lunch and End of the Day

As many have said it depends on your audience. The thing is many audiences can vary in demographic. That being said I have found as a general rule of thumb "lunch time" and "quitting time" work very well.

I surmise the reason is that these are two of the times that people use their social media most. If someone is on a lunch break they tend to have more down time and may take the opportunity to see what is going on in the world or update the world about their life. The same goes with the end of the day. A time to reflect see what happened with the rest of the world and put their two cents in (especially commuters). This has been my general experience.

The best times to post on social is media is when the person is usually free. This means more frequently on weekends and before breakfast, during lunch and after dinner. Thats when people are more likely to be on social media

Depends on what you want to achieve. But I think that spamming with posts per every hour is not a good idea. If you want to keep your FB page up to date I would recommend 3 or 4 posts per week. But these posts should be meaningful.
