I would choose speedupmyPC for it boost the speed of my computers performance thru scanning that will eventually identify processes, files, and settings that make your computer to run slow.

I am going with tune up utilities bcoz it having many features as compare to other.some are Improve Performance and Battery Life,Analyze and troubleshoot your PC,Restore or wipe files securely,Personalize Windows®,Take Care of Your PC and Data Clutter. It has more options and can significantly do more than speedupmypc.

More RAM, Quad core processor, ditch MicroSoft and use Linux

The less applications on each PC the faster they'll run, so if you do design work with image and video editors, etc., it helps to use a different PC for online work.

Why use software to boost your computer speed in the first place?Never found good reason to.Some of those tools end up making the computer slower after sometime because they take up more ram that would otherwise be free.
If it can't support, find one that can.Core i7 sounds ideal in this day.
