Are you entirely sure about that? I think from the OP it's the page title that will change, not the URL.

for now, I think I'd better to keep the same website title. Not per page though. I have changed page level titles before and that worked fine.

But for site-wide title (which is the page title for the home page I think), I'd be more cautious.

I think maybe if I got, say, 1000 repeat visitors per day, I don't worry about google too much, then I can change the site-wide title...

Default Changing the page title to be unique for all

Changing the page title to be unique for all of your pages will make them more relevant for search bots and thus improve the rankings on search engines. The page title is a great place to include your site's keywords. You might want an SEO expert to optimize your site for you, but make sure to shop around for the best SEO consultant.

Anything that compels humans to click on a link is a good thing. if you think a new title will help acheive that goal, then do it.

I've played with title changes and while i cant say serps improved, clicks became more relevant with a lower bounce rate and uptick in conversion rate once i dialed in a title i was comfortable with.

it would be nice to do a blind a b test right!...

A website's title is already a keyword that someone is going to type. If you want to get up the rankings, make sure your website is keyword friendly but at the same time, the title should be able to let your name be known.

You eventually need to do a little SEO on it so be sure that the title you're thinking of choosing can attain the the short-term or long-term goal you're targeting in terms of going up the page ranks.

I never seen changing title can lower your page rank. IT can affect your ranking. You can include your targeted keyword in that and by doing that you can get good ranking on that keywords and that's what you want.

That title should always include the keywords and phrases that people will enter into the search engine to find you.

Also be sure that you have good META Tag Descriptions.

Hope this help!

I'm also thinking of changing the Title of my website. I will take note this one. Thank you.

Thanks in advance,
Yes, for a short period of time it may affect your site ranking. I mean it can improve also as well as harm also. But with your continuous effort you can maintain the ranking.
