BUT - PayPal will give you a debit card that you can use immediately to make purchases online or in a real store and you can also get your money right away at an ATM. It is the transfer time that takes 2 or 3 days. They are not holding your money, it is the way the process works.

And, of course, you can use it right away to make online purchases from other merchants who take PayPal, just using the funds in your account.

Paypal is widely used in the world for online transactions but people also use many others including Visa card.

Do paypal accept atm accounts as an alternative to credit cards?I think Paypal is the most trusted and leading payment processor available online. One more thing is the procedure of domain name payment. Does anybody know something about the payment of web hosting?

How do PayPal transaction fees compare to say just a regular Internet merchant account from Wells Fargo, etc.?

I also prefer to Paypal, but many of the guys from European and Asian countries are being complaint about non availability of Paypal services in their area.
