Question Where To Begin With Market Analysis

Hello All. I am working on solidifying my business plan, and due to the scope of our services and the fact that we can't seem to find anyone doing what we're up to, we're having difficulty placing a value on some of our services. Specifically, our market research services for businesses and our certified true service for politicians. Check out our site for context.
Thank you, thank you, thank you!!
-and have a great day

Hi Jason, what do you mean by 'certified true service' for politicians?

While I'm not positive I understand what you are providing, it seems to me your services are along the lines of political consulting services. Is this correct?

Thank you for your response. Yes, one of our many services will be a type of political consulting service. The "certified" service is an area of our site that voters can go to and be sure that the info posted there by politicians has been researched and is proven factual, complete with references. In testing and developing our concept with politicians, it was found that this type of service would be valuable and something they would pay for. Setting up a fee schedule for this service is proving difficult.
Also, our long term forcast for fees for our general market research service for businesses and politicians is proving difficult nail down for a couple of reasons:

The info we will be providing will be very detailed, as the users of our network join knowing that to make businesses and government work for them they need to tell us who they are, what they stand for and what they want. As our users' opinions change, so does their profile to keep them receiving info alligned with their values.

and

As our user account base grows, our research becomes more valuable.

This started as more a way to kind of rewire Democracy than a business. We simply want to help ALL of America succeed, but as you know, if it's not profitable it's not going to happen. In sitting down with business owners and development corps, we developed services that could be used as an engine to keep the free services for voters available. Now it's time to determine exactly how much we can bring in during our first 6 months, 1, 3 and 5 year marks. If we can get even one of these milestones figured out, we'll be able to extrapolate the rest.
We recognize that due to the scope of this project we should hire consultants, attorneys, etc. however, we are two young men with what we feel is revolutionary way to improve America and little capital to draw from. We paid for our site development, and utilize many free local programs to help us along the way. Just looking for help any way we can get it.
Hope that clarifies.
Thanks again!

if you can't compare your services to similar ones (for pricing your services) why not just look at existing professional service prices and choose one you think fits. E.g. Legal Services, IT Consulting rates, Psychiatry consulting rates... etc...

Thank you very much. An excellent avenue to proceed down. That's what we were thinking, but started looking for "exact fits" and got away from a more general approach.
Thanks again!!
