Exclamation Do E-Commerce Businesses Use Social Media Effectively?

Who is on your Facebook list? After our friends and family, we have also added B2B and B2C companies to learn more about their product offerings and promotions. Despite the popularity of social media platforms, in e-commerce B2B and B2C companies do not effectively engage their fans. Hence, customers are left hanging in the air when they ask questions or register complaints. A better alternative would be to use live chat support for website. It is an online CRM application which connects customers to a customer service representative directly on the company website. This tool enables customers to receive support promptly!

It is imperative for an eCommerce website to use social media. This is the best platform for reaching out to the target audience in a short span of time. However, it is important to create a strong network to get noticed.

It's true. Using social media with your eCommerce store is definitely one of the best ways to get noticed and to get a bit more exposure around your inventory.

It's important, though, to pick which channels you're going to focus on. There are more social networks out there than you can shake a USB stick at, and they might not all have the same amount of benefit.

Of course, Facebook is a no-brainer to a degree...but Pinterest is something that just about every online retailer should be making use of. The amount of revenue that it drives for online sellers is absolutely insane. It does, after all, function like a really cool digital photo gallery, which makes it really great for showcasing inventory in a very interesting and dynamic kind of way.

Hope this helps!

_ Sean
