Question Sorry, no information is available for the URL grampatom.com

I have been indexed by google for several years, but received this message when I checked to see what was cached. Have recently installed xml and html site maps. I have a PR 4. Anyone have any ideas what is happening here?

I can't say specifically, but Google is in the middle of a rather large update that has their datacenters going bonkers for the time. Sites have been reported popping in and out of positions daily as well as falling completely out of the index (seemingly).

Your site is probably experiencing the results of the ongoing update that will probably last another 2-3 weeks or so. Nothing to "do" about it, just hang on tight for the ride. It will all settle down soon.

i encountered this type of message last week, and was quite wondering, checked everything if there was some kind of black hat technique we incorporated but found none, even PR's of most of my sites dropped... but yes have heard about google doing some kind of update, and a few days later, i was quite happy that the site was back on google's results, though unfortunately, some PR's of certain site dropped. not sure what happened, though at least it ddidn't actually hurt that much.

Thanks dhundee. I have found it is depending on which of Google's 10,000 servers I am checking on. It has been switching back and forth between no information and correct cache. The pr is jumping up and down. What is amazing is I have been making regular changes to the site and Google is keeping up within a two day lag. Whatever! LOL

that's great, just keep google get busy on your site for the time being and you will then have positive results later(which i think you already have?), anyway i hope i can make my site as good as anybody else here too, i'm not a writer and not even good at writing, i've written several articles but they don't seem to look nice, grammars etc... lol, now i am getting good ranks on some keywords. at least
