Default What Is LSI Keyword?

I have heard some SEO guru that Don't create link from using same anchor tag keyword. They suggested to use LSI keywords.

My question is What is LSI?

LSI or Latent semantic indexing keywords are used to find the relationship or relevance between the main keywords and other keywords in the article.

For example, if your article is about "Inventory System" then the search engines find the keywords like "Inventory Management System" , "Inventory Management Software" , "Inventory Software" so that they can know the concept of the topic is to inform the user about the Inventory Management System.
Then the other keywords are called the LSI Keywords.

To check LSI Keywords, the best trick is to type in the Google Search bar and in suggestion you will get many keywords related to the topic you are searching for. Those keywords are LSI keywords.

For example, see in the image:

LSI are keywords typically associated with each other. They can be, but are not necessarily synonyms.

Example: an article about the "1927 New York Yankees" should also include reference to "Babe Ruth'. The terms are related to each other.

The Google suggestion bar does not give you LSI keywords. It merely gives you a list of keywords people have search for that begin with certain letters.

Example: If you start typing in Delta you may find some people ultimately search for Delta Airlines and others search for Delta Faucets. Both are properly suggested by Google as common search phrases when starting to type in Delta, but they obviously have nothing to do with each other. They are not LSI related keywords of the other.

for example,
Apple is a 'fruit' - Apple is a 'brand' - Apple is a 'any pet name'

but how Google differentiate. It uses Latent semantic indexing keywords, if there are words like fruit, taste, flavor in the article then it would be easy for search engine to determine that the article is all about the “Apple fruit”. Hence in this example fruit, taste and flavor can be termed as LSI keywords for keyword “Apple”.

In a nutshell, LSI keywords are related to the keywords you're searching for.
