Look at your competition closely, for each keyword you promote. Compare your offer - including ad and landing page - versus every one on the first page and make sure your offer is always better. Price, product, service, delivery, etc.
Use exact keywords or phrase matching versus broad matching.
Track conversions. Test, test, test.
Use negative keywords to exclude any searches that you are not interested in targeting. Examples might include free or cheap if your target is luxury.
Use geo location to target your audience and geo keywords based on your target market. Set radius to Wichita and/or include Wichita in your keywords.
Target long tail keywords. The more keywords in the search phrase then the more qualified and more likely to convert the visitor will be.
