It is good. Posting same content on different web 2.0 sites is good. Change the set of keywords to escape from Google.

I wouldn't post duplicated content. That in my opinion (and many others) is a big no-no. It's a pain and takes time but always make your content unique.

What do you expect from posting the same content on different websites and did you check the authority of such websites prior before making such a move? Links back to your website is your main objective, im guessing, but it all depends upon the link type and the site authority.

Its a bad Idea to post same content to different- different web 2.0 website, it will count as duplicate article and they have no value for Google.

Post unique content to each web 2.0 website, you can make it small like 300 to 350 words. But not duplicate article..

Yes. Don't post the same content on different web 2.0 sites. Moreover, check that if that web 2.0 site gives you dofollow link or nofollow link? As blogger gives dofollow link where medium gives nofollow link.

When you post the same thing to two different site, it automatic becomes duplicate. How you can expect from Search engines will accept this duplicate content?
It is not good idea to post one content on various platforms either they have anything like web 2.0, a forum post or a blog comment. you should use unique, fresh, useful content for your readers.
