Default 4 Reasons Your Online Sales Are Falling (And How To Reverse It)

Having overcome obstacles to build a business, there’s nothing worse than seeing those sales figures fall.

Hey, AngelBiz, you've raised excellent points in your article.

I'm quite familiar with #3: Business Has Lost Touch with Customers. I think that it's not just about how good your product is or how it adds value to their lives. It's also about providing quality customer experience and building strong relationships with consumers (B2B or B2C-wise).

I would also like to add that e-commerce sites are losing a lot of opportunities when they continue to work with bad data, disorganized records, unlogged interactions.

How can you provide quality customer experience and achieve customer success when you don't have anything to base it on?

If you work based on data and metrics, you'll have better chances of knowing what your customers want and how you can provide for these wants. With tools like Tenfold, e-commerce sites can instantly follow-up on leads and gain leverage on customer experience by organizing customer concerns under one workable dashboard.
