PPC is short term work and its waste your money.
SEo is off page work is like directory, social bookmarking, articles its always shows in search results.

There is a better return on investment with SEO. When people perform a Google search and find your site they are actually looking for what you have to provide for them.
Proper SEO will help your site stand out from the rest. There are millions of websites out there and using SEO tactics will help you define your company and make your brand stand out among all the others.
Hello Jen,

Thanks for explaining in detail the difference between PPC and SEO. Till now I used to think PPC is more important than SEO, but now I have cleared my misconception.

Hello,
The people who prefer SEO are more creative, always identifying the good keyword. They need to produce the creative content for their blogs, articles and social media posting. On the other hand, PPC requires more analytical skills like always watching patterns and taking advantages of working with these patterns.

Default Re : Which Is Best PPC Or SEO?

PPC and SEO both are best but both of them have there own benefits and drawbacks. PPC is fast result oriented while SEO takes time. PPC provide short term results while SEO provide long lasting results.

PPC.

That is, if you mean Adwords and perhaps Facebook (depending on your market). Advertising in Yelp and Linked in suck.

My clients have been using Adwords for many years and continue to do very well, though in all fairness, many of them do well organically, too.

Consider this... Adwords has been around since 2000 and Google this year surpassed Apple as the most profitable company in the world. 67.39 Billion dollars of Google's 2015 Revenue of 74.54 Billion came from it's advertising platforms, Adwords and Adsense. There is no way they could have that kind of success if it wasn't making a lot of companies a lot of money.

Adwords works. The reason most businesses fail at it and resort to SEO only is because they don't know how to facilitate it right. I don't blame them. Adwords is an extremely robust platform and can be very complicated, it takes a pro, but if done correctly in the hands of someone who knows conversion optimization, your company will likely make a lot of money from it. Adwords combined with SEO? Well that can be your winning combination, but don't let anyone tel you that "PPC is just good at the beginning until you get ranked on the first page organically." That's just no longer true and is antiquated thinking in my opinion. That's my experience anyway. Your mileage may vary. Best of luck with both!

The answer is very dependent on how competitive your industry is.

There are some keywords that you will never be able to rank for organically just like there are some keywords which have an extremely high CPC.

I suggest balancing between the two. PPC will help bring immediate customers, but be investing in SEO as well for the long-term value

Do what is going to bring you the highest return on investment.

I would suggest you to try SEO as its the best way to have potential visitors as well as clients. But if you are just starting business then you may give a try to PPC as well.
