How Does Google in search results, give title? Sometimes it is as page title, sometimes it is different. Any specific reason for it?

Every time Google will show the Title tag for that particular page in the search results. So we need to update the site and other pages with the right title tag and unique meta description into it.

But in few circumstance, Google shows only a few words in their search results that is fetched from the title tag.

While creating title avoid keyword stuffing in it. Your title needs to be unique. SERPs show the result related to the query entered by the user, so it's important to include all those keyword which a user can use. Use keyword phrases in your title to avoid keyword stuffing and google penalties.

When creating a title tag, make sure it includes your keyword in it..Don't overoptimize.. Don't make it long bec Google will truncate it.

Hi Gaylerichardson,

Yes it's true... Your title should be within 65-66 characters. It should be something very creative that would stir the curiosity on what the page is all about.

Yes, you need to use a title tag in your code.

Like this:

<title>Add a title about your page here and be sure to add a keyword in here as well</title>

Yes. The one which you give in the title tag, will be displayed in the Google search results. Around 99% it appears. So whichever title you need to get in Google search results you can update in the page title tag.
